Symptoms
On : 16.17 [IP2016] version, SSSE
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SSSE AddIn Account entity retrieves no data for local cache
Unable to retrieve Account entity data from SSSE Outlook Addin to communicate to the Siebel server from local cache
From EAI logs SQL having the condition is causing the issue T6.ACCNT_NAME >= :2 where T6 is S_ACCNT_POSTN
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to retrieve Account data from SSSE Outlook Addin
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SSSE Outlook Addin to communicate to the Siebel server
2. Able to build local cache for Accounts
3. No data is seen
