Siebel Web Templates Are Not Migrated Properly by SWTCLOB Utility (Doc ID 2519081.1)

While attempting to migrate the Siebel Web Templates using SWTClob utility, the following incorrect behaviors occur:

Behaviors:

1. If the Web Template already exists in Siebel Application, the swt file information is not being updated in the Web Template definition.

2. If the Web Template does not exists, its definition is updated, however it is not possible to deliver the changes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Identify the swt file, which web template definition is already available in Siebel IP17 onward application.

2.Create a new web template / Identify template which is not migrated to IP17 environment.

3.Place both web templates in a folder and migrate it using SWTClob utility  . Use the command below:                                                                                                  

4.Checkpoint/Prepare for delivery the workspace created as part of step 3 and deliver the changes. The delivery will not work properly.
