When Launching a SmartScript Using Default View It Fails With Error SBL-CSP-00233, But It Works from Site Map>SmartScripts

Symptoms
On : 15.10 [IP2015] version, SmartScript
When attempting to launch a SmartScript using default view the the following error occurs.
The selected script does not exist or a translation for the selected language does not exist. Please notify your system administrator. (SBL-CSP-00233)
This is the first time the SmartScript functionality is been tried.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Application
2. Go to Contacts screen
3. Drill down on a contact record
4. On the child applet select Smart Script view configure to run a SmartScript
5. The following error pop up
The selected script does not exist or a translation for the selected language does not exist. Please notify your system administrator. (SBL-CSP-00233)
Launch the same SmartScript from Site Map>SmartScripts>Scripts works fine.
