Symptoms
When attempting to access Siebel application login page ,users getting Server busy Error.
-Below errors reported in eCommunicationsObjMgr_enu_0077_80740372.log
-While doing simple ODBCSQL test connection for GUESTCST user, user is not having proper access on DB.
The issue can be replicated by following below steps:
1. Install & Configure Siebel instance by following steps: Install & Configure Advisor: Siebel Innovation Pack 2017
2. Try to access Siebel Application
3. It is giving server busy error
