The Workspace Explorer Shows No Workspaces It Shows Only The Word "Loading" (Doc ID 2523232.1)

Symptoms

The workspace explorer shows no workspaces. It shows only the text "Loading..." 

The issue can be replicated at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the application.
  2. Open the workspaces from the cube icon.
  3. The users is redirected to the Workspace Screen.
