The Workspace Explorer Shows No Workspaces, Only The Word "Loading" (Doc ID 2523232.1)

Symptoms

The Workspace Explorer is not loading the Developer's Workspaces.
In the faulty behavior it shows only the text "Loading...".

The issue can be replicated at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the application > click on the Workspace Cube
  2. The user is navigated to the Workspace Dashboard > Workspace Explorer is loaded on the left
  3. The Explorer is not loading the Workspaces, and instead it is displayed a simple "Loading" text message.
