Symptoms

Unable to create attachment record in buscomp "Service Request Attachment" for file "file.jpg" stored in "X:\..\siebsrvr\bin\incoming\folder\example.DAT".(SBL-CMI-00118)

Error occurred while opening file 'X:\..\siebsrvr\bin\incoming\folder\example.DAT'.(SBL-UIF-00229)

SBL-CSR-00501: Unable to load communications driver. Unable to create a Service object from driver sscmmail with channel string POP3SMTP.

This error is caused by the following error:

Unable to create directory X:\...\siebsrvr\bin\sent\folder\example1
Unable to create directory X:\...\siebsrvr\bin\sent\folder\example2
Unable to create directory X:\...\siebsrvr\bin\sent\folder\example3
