Siebel CRM - Version 8.1.1.7 [21238] and later
IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit)

Symptoms

After a reboot on Siebel server, due to an operation on Network attached storage and its rollback, the application is down.
The stats page is displayed correctly however the server busy is displayed to all users. Completed a FULL stop/start without success
 

Changes

 some changes on NAS that were rolled back
