19.X - Application Crashing While Creating Integration Data Maps

Symptoms
After creating a new Data Map, when clicking on Source Object picklist, application is crashing.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Administration - Integration >>Data maps
2. Click on New record and give the Map name and select the source Object name
3. Application is crashing after selecting the Source Object
