Symptoms
On : 8.1.1.11.16 [IP2013] version, Order Management
When trying to create modification quote after selecting 528 assets an error is observed.
In positive scenario ( modification of 2 assets ), in step [Edit Asset Selections] of WF : TMO Annex Order Process, siebel run 3 queries through [Asset Mgmt - Asset Header] BC and in 3rd query it has got in condition lists of edited assets id's.
In negative scenario, first two queries looks same, but in third query, siebel run query without any asset id's.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Account > Installed Assets
2. Select more than 500 assets
3. Click on Modify button
