Error 'SBL-DAT-60277 - The Query Could Not Be Run Because It Is Too Big' During Modification Order (Doc ID 2540966.1)

Symptoms

When trying to Modify an Asset after selecting 528 assets the error below occurs.

In a working scenario, while modifying 2 assets, in step [Edit Asset Selections] of WF : [ABC Annex Order Process], the application runs 3 queries through [Asset Mgmt - Asset Header] BC. The 3rd query generated an IN clause with a lists of edited assets id's.

In the non-working scenario, the first two queries looks the same, but in 3rd query is generated without any asset id's.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Account > Installed Assets
2. Select more than 500 assets
3. Click on Modify button
