When attempting to modify a Workflow Policy Columns under the Workflow Policy Object using Siebel Tools, the Workflow Policy Column cannot be edited since it is not a Workspace-Enabled object.
However, once the Lock Project was selected, then Workflow Policy Column was editable.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Tools
2. Create new workspace under main
3. Go to Workflow Policy Object-->Expand and go to Workflow Policy Column
4.Try to create new record or delete/modify existing record
5.Observed we are not able to update or create existing record.i.e it is in read only
6.If we lock the project/object and then only we are able to do the modifications
