Symptoms
When attempting to import a JSON definition into Siebel Tools to create proxy IO and Business Services for an Outbound REST API, the following error occurs:
Business Service call returned error code ERR_REST_OUTBOUND_IMPORT and message: Error occurred while trying to generate the BS/IO: null(SBL-EAI-05000)
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open Tools
2. Create a new workspace that is editable
3. Import JSON file -> Click on File -> New object -> EAI tab -> web service
4. Received same error as the one reported by the customer.
