Unable To Deliver A Workspace When Workflow Connector Is Modified In A New Workspace

Delivering a workflow after renaming a connector is failing with below error:
!!ERROR::SBL-DEV-62179: MAP ENTRY with same id exists
!!ERROR::BUT strNamePath and ParentId are different
!!ERROR::SBL-DEV-62252: Could not create HASH entry
!!ERROR::Type - WF Step Branch, strNamePath - EQX API Create Header WF write xform msg e1
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a workspace and configure a sample workflow
2. Deliver the workspace
3. Create one more workspace and modify the workflow created in step one by renaming a connector name
4. Deliver the workspace.
5. Above error is observed.
