Symptoms

When trying to login to application after providing credentials, it is showing blank page and task status as "Handling Logon". The Siebel anon user preference files are not loading or new spf files are not creating under file system.

The following error is found in the OM log with similar pstacks shown below.

There is issue with spf file loading.
