List Import Is Not Importing Correct contacts For Exact Match Already Exists In Siebel 18 (Doc ID 2558395.1)

List Import is creating new contact Instead it should add existing contact under list with same first and last name

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to List Management>>List and create record
2. Created a Text file with below content where already below contact is exists in system
Test LN, Test FN
3. Go to Admin Marketing >> Import mapping and create mapping for Contact
Last Name, First Name without Row Id

4. Go to Admin Marketing >> Import and created a new Job with below

Source Type:Text File
Import Mapping:
Import Mode:Update existing records
Match Resolution Guideline:Overwrite Existing Record

File Name:
Data Type:Comma Separated
Internal List Name:

5. Click on Activate button
6. Job completed successfully

Instead of creating existing contact under list it created new contact with Id 1-2Z0L with same first and last name
