WfProcMgr Component Kept Crashing Sporadically When Using Different Usernames

On : 19.1 version, Siebel Workflow
After upgrade the Siebel UAT environment from Siebel CRM Update 18.7 to Siebel CRM 19.1 the WfProcMgr component is crashing very frequently 2-3 times per day during load tests.
On the Siebel Enterprise Server lgo we can confirm that WfPrcoMgr crashes:
ServerLog ProcessExit 1 000000045cc626eb:0 2019-04-29 03:56:49 WfProcMgr 12259 SBL-OSD-02006 Process 12259 exited with error - Process exited because it received signal SIGABRT.
The issue can NOT be reproduced at will and so far the crash is only observed in UAT environment, DEV and SIT for example did not observe the crashes.
