Siebel 18 Binocular Search Results Title Becomes Inactive (Doc ID 2566760.1)

Symptoms

On :  18.8 version, Client Functionality


 Siebel 18 Binocular search results title becomes inactive.  If one clicks on  account names bar (not on account name), account name becomes inactive and  cannot drill down on account anymore.

There is no problem if multiple records are returned, as first account name becomes active again if one clicks on another account names bar.



The expected behavior is that if one clicks account names bar (not on account name), account name should not  becomes inactive and should be able to  drill down on account name.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use  binocular search to return only one record. For  example  return an Account record.
2. Click on account name bar (not on account name).
3. Notice that  account name becomes inactive and one cannot drill down on account anymore.
