Symptoms

 

When AIA sends inbound web service into Siebel, it fails with:

 

The steps to replicate are:

1. Upgrade Siebel application side from 8.1.1.14 to IP19.5. This implies the URL for inbound web services will change as username and password can no longer be used as part of the URL.

2. Configure AIA to use SPM and the point to the Siebel URL in this format:

https://<hostname>:<port>/siebel/app/eai_anon/enu?SWEExtSource=SecureWebService&amp;SWEExtCmd=Execute
