Updating Sequence In Screen View Not Working Unless Workspace Is Delivered

Updating Sequence in screen view is not visible when using the inspect functionality, However this functionality works if component restart is done.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new WS
2. Go to Screen > Opportunities Screen
3. Identify Views for "Capture" and "More Info"
- Opportunity Details : Sequence is 24
- TNT SHM Opportunity Capture View : Sequence is 26
4. Change their sequence. It should display Capture and then More Info at inspection.
5. Changes are not seen unless they are delivered.
