When attempting to start the gateway server, the following error occurs.
not started: Cannot confirm start of service process
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Source the Siebel environment variables using the siebenv.sh script
2. Execute start_ns
Siebel Gateway Server had a disk full event
