EIM Job To Load LOV Is Failing in IP17

Symptoms
EIM Job to load LOV is failing
Import LOV using EIM job, used LOV.ifb created by the utility provided for EIM LOV Load. The Job is failing and not able to load LOVs in DR environment.
Getting below error in log.
