Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit)

After upgrading to Oracle Solaris 11.4 the Siebel Gateway server fails to start with the following error displayed when running start_ns.

ld.so.1: siebctl: fatal: libnls.so.1: open failed: No such file or directory

Upgrading to Oracle Solaris 11.4 there were changes made to Solaris library files.
