New Siebel Server Deployment Is Failing (Doc ID 2603937.1)

Symptoms

Siebel enterprise is already running with multiple servers and installed two new siebel servers for EAI & Workflow load balance. Installation of new siebel servers are successful but while deploying siebel server profile in SMC, it is failing in a sec.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install siebel 17.0+18.8 on new siebel servers
2. Deploy siebel server on new siebel servers
3. It is failing
