Symptoms

On : 19.8 version, Installation

When attempting to deploy Siebel Enterprise in SMC, the following error occurs.

ERROR

[FATAL] 2019-11-07 14:26:02.887CommonLogger - com.siebel.swsm.util.CGUtil:initializeServiceDiscovery Unable to discover cloud gateway service.Check system configuration, network connection,node availability and zookeeper configuration : Illegal base64 character 20
