Application Crashes When Calling Business Service Function with Dot Notation and Strong Type (Doc ID 2612556.1)

Symptoms

After upgraded to 19.5 and from the HLS Case List View, when drill down into a case, the application crashes with below error:


ERROR

The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties.  Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to Siebel 19.5
2. Drilling down on HLS case LIst view,  the application crashes and the above server busy error occurs
