Slow Login Performance if Using LDAP and SADMIN User does not Exist in LDAP Server, SBL-SEC-10006 and SBL-DAT-00568 in Some Logs (Doc ID 2620600.1)

Symptoms

Performance issue is seen when loading the Login page of Object manager that users LDAP server. This scenario happens only if SADMIN user is NOT  defined at LDAP server.

Login for users works fine, however the following error can be found in some ObjMgr*.log:
