Symptoms
In Siebel 19.8 when opening the Server or Browser Script Edit window, the Workspace reads this object as changed.
Steps To Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Log into Siebel Tools
2. Create a New Workspace
3. Find a BC with some script on it and choose to 'Edit Server Script'
4. Do not make any changes
5. Close out of script editor
6. Click on Workspace in left menu
7. Note it states there was an update on that BC
