Siebel Test Automation Getting Error "SBL-EAI-04115: Cannot Connect To The Server" OR "SBL-EAI-05000" When Click on Generate Button On Recording Panel (Doc ID 2638035.1)

When attempting to Generate a TestScript after recording the user action using SWECmd=AutoOn and the recording toolbar the following error occurs:
“SBL-EAI-04115: Cannot connect to the server”

This is the happening on Development environment and it is a show stopper to implement the Siebel Test Automation Framework.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Application using ?SWECmd=AutoOn tag at the end of URL
2. Open the Recording Toolbar clicking on the right top corner Record icon
3. Click on Start button and execute some navigation and click on Stop button
4. After that click on Generate button to generate a Test Script based on the recordings
5. The following error show up or nothing happens:
“SBL-EAI-04115: Cannot connect to the server”

Also when setting Container URL= http://xx.xx.xx.xx:xyz/siebel/app/service/enu? and try again it generate the error "SBL-EAI-05000: Business Service call returned error code <?> and message: <?>"
