Siebel IP2017: Zookeeper snapCount should be set to 10000 or higher (Doc ID 2644649.1)

Symptoms

After zookeeper snapCount transactions are written to a log file a snapshot is started and a new transaction log file is started.

For enterprises with lots of servers defined or scenarios where srvrmgr command is run frequently like by some monitoring tools, it will be created multiple snapshots per minute and each time snapshot is created zookeeper get delayed responses.

This can lead to severe zookeeper performance issues.

Changes

 No change. The default snapcount value defined in zoo1.cfg from $GATEWAY_ROOT/zookeeper/conf/zoo1.cfg is set to very low value of 256.
