Slow Performance Noted For the First User Login After Object Manager Process Restarts (Doc ID 2647276.1)

Symptoms

During Load testing  it was noted that the 1st login to Object Manager takes a long time. The subsequent logins on the same OM Process ID takes just a few seconds, which is acceptable.

It takes approximately 50-60 seconds for 1st login and subsequent login time reduces to 10 seconds.
