Negative Amount Of Points For Member With No Use Of Accrual Items

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Negative amount of points for Member with no use of Accrual Items as a result of a Cancellation.
Redemption Cancellation should have Accrual Item Id populated with the Accrual Transaction Accrual Item Id.
1- There is a Member with Accrual items for a grand total of 12000 points with expire date 2022.
2- On Day 1, there is a txn cancellation
2.1-An Accrual Cancellation is created for 21000 points. (points already used)
2.2-Siebel create a Redemption Item for 21000 points without any Accrual Item linked (ACCRUAL_ITEM_ID=No Match Row Id).
3- On day 2, there is an accrual of 1000 points
3.1-An Accrual Item is created for 1000 points
3.2-Siebel update the same Redemption Item created in step 2 for 20000 points (value=21000-1000)
Member still have 12000 points but with a redemption item with value=20000
