Error:Cannot communicate with Desktop Integration Siebel Agent (SBL-UIJ-52896) When Using DISA With RDP connectio Via Citrix Box (Doc ID 2654842.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.9 version, System Admin

ERROR

Cannot communicate with Desktop Integration Siebel Agent! Please check firewall settings of your machine and make sure it can connect to Siebel server.(SBL-UIJ-52896)

The behavior can be reproduced with the following steps:


1.Install DISA 2.20.1 and add the allowlist

2.Import the required certificates

3.Enable Test Automation and launch the application with RDP connection via Citrix

4.Record the navigation done using record button.

5.Go to the recorded scripts, play the recorded script using play button, error Cannot communicate with Desktop Integration Siebel Agent! Please check firewall settings of your machine and make sure it can connect to Siebel server.(SBL-UIJ-52896) is displayed
