Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2021

Applies to:

Siebel CRM - Version 19.7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After the restart of Workflow Process Manager, first delete of any entity record like Service Request/account/contact takes more time as its loading all RR Tables.

Further delete of records are not taking much time.

Changes

1. Create a business service and write script to create an entity record and delete the same.In this case script was written for Service Request Business service.

2. Now create a workflow with 3 steps. Start --> Calling the method of business service defined in step 1 -->End

3. Now run this on Workflow Process Manager just by creating a job request in the server admin screen. Under Component Requests view, create a new Component request. Specify the component Name as 'Workflow Process Manager'. Then in the bottom applet, specify parameter 'Workflow Process Name' and Value as WFName which was created in step2

4.Submit the component request. It will run for some minutes. In the log file, look at the queries to S_RR tables. There are 19000-20000 queries including 12000 queries on S_RR_LINK.
