Siebel Server Busy Error occurs if Siebel Login Page is kept Opened for Long Time after Session Timeout (Doc ID 2659519.1)

When attempting to loging back into siebel application after the session timeout,
the following error occurs.


The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing

difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.[hh:mm:ss]



  1. Log into Siebel Application
  2. Leave the Siebel session idle
  3. The following warning message is received


  4. Hit F5 refresh and then Siebel user is logged successfully
