On : 19.12 version, Security / Authentication
Change password view becomes read only when user password expired at AD side using LDAPSecAdpt in Linux.
Siebel 19.x is integrated with LDAPSecAdpt where as AD is the directory server in Linux. When ever user password expired at AD level and user tries to login Siebel with expired password, it is redirecting to Change Password View but it is read only

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Integrate Siebel 19.x with LDAPecAdpt and AD as directory server
2. Once user password expired at AD side, user is re-directed to Change Password View when login to Siebel application with expired password
3. But Change Password View is read only, can not edit or enter values so users can not change password
