Symptoms

While processing Loyalty Accrual Transaction, the error below occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Promotion updating member attribute for Transaction
2. Go to Loyalty Member >> Transaction
3. Click on Process button
4. Transaction is processed with Status 'Rejected - Engine'
