Issues related to Applet Title
There are a couple of issues with Applet Title in Siebel 19.12.
1. Applet Title is not displayed in one view and not displayed in the other view for the same applet in for the same record.
2. Applet Title is not displayed for many child form applets across the application, even though the Title is provided for the Applet in the Tools.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the application.
2. Go to Services.
3. Drill down on a service request.
4. On the bottom applet change to More Info.
5. Applet has no title.
