Symptoms
After executing an incremental migration the LOV version control gets unexpectedly modified and various components are not starting up as required.
Some components are getting started, but after login the screen is not properly painted.
The incremental migration is only moving a modified Business Service only and is not modifying List of Values.
Before the incremental migration, the following query shows an unaffected output:
