Siebel Session Timeout Is Prevented by Message Broadcasting After Applying Siebel 20.2 Update (Doc ID 2690859.1)

Symptoms

After applying Siebel 20.2 Update Siebel Session Timeout is not working.

1) Set timeout on AI Profile as follows:

3) Set Message Broadcasting Update Interval (Seconds) to 120 (default).
4) The Session Timeout does not happen
5) Change Message Broadcasting Update Interval (Seconds) to 910
6) The Session Timeout happens
