Unable to Login to Application Object Managers and SMA after 20.6 Update or Above - HTTP 500 Error is Found (Doc ID 2696390.1)

Symptoms

Customer updated their 20.3 environment to 20.6 and started to see the following behavior.

SMA Login failed and a HTTP 500 error is displayed on the browser, This behavior would also be seen on Application Object Managers.

Customer has multiple Siebel servers in their Enterprise.

Customer has confirmed PostInstall DBSetup has run successfully on application of 20.6 update. 

Changes

Customer updated their environment from 20.3 to 20.6
