Custom Siebel Report Failing to be Executed (Doc ID 2697200.1)

Symptoms

Failed to execute a CUSTOM report using a CUSTOM functionality which is using vanilla methods like "XMLPDriverService" to generate the reports.

ERRORS
-----------------------
BI Publisher engine failed to generate report.(SBL-RPT-50524)(SBL-BPR-00131)

However the above error is a generic one and verifying the logs we could see the following specific error: "Error com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Auth fail"
