Symptoms
When trying to login to Siebel WebTools a white page (blank pager) is displayed and it takes more than 30 mins to load the Applet List View.
In the Web Tools log file located under siebsrvr/enterprises/enterprise_name/siebel_server_name/log directory the following long running query is observed:
Steps
1. Open Siebel Web tools URL
2. Key-in the login credentials and Login
3. A white page (blank page) is displayed
