Gateway Tomcat Hang with HTTP 500 errors in localhost_access log

Symptoms
Siebel is implemented with 5 node native gateway clustering, Every day randomly one of the gateway tomcat node hangs and localhost_access*log reported with HTTP 500 errors. Restart of gateway tomcat(cgw) helps to resolve the issue.
Issue reported every day during peak loads and below errors reported during HTTP 500 errors are reported:
