SessPerSisnConn Settings to Configure Number of SISNAPI Connections (Doc ID 2704122.1)

Goal

Per Siebel Performance Tuning Guide, SessPerSisnConn value should be set to a value between 3 and 5 for EAI.
With this formula (120 / 2 / 4 = 15) means that every MT Server Process will have 15 SISNAPI connection.

1. Is it right that SessPerSisnConn should be between 3 and 5? Should it be set to 3 instead of 4 for having a higher number of SISNAPI connection?

2. Are there any other recommendations?
