Server Busy Error with ADSI LDAP authentication: SBL-DAT-00446: You have entered an invalid set of logon parameters. (Doc ID 2706125.1)

Symptoms

The following Server Busy error appeared on the end user browser screen after upgrading Siebel.

The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.[01:34:08]

Further investigation in the Siebel Object Manager log file, the following errors were found.

ObjMgrLog Error 1 000000075f58081c:0 2020-09-09 01:34:08 (oracon.cpp (4829)) SBL-DAT-00446: You have entered an invalid set of logon parameters. Please type in your logon parameters again.

GenericLog GenericError 1 000000075f58081c:0 2020-09-09 01:34:08 (secmgr.cpp (2785) err=4597538 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10018: You have entered an invalid set of logon parameters. Please type in your logon parameters again. 

GenericLog GenericError 1 000000075f58081c:0 2020-09-09 01:34:08 (secmgr.cpp (2841) err=4597527 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10007: The username or password you have entered is not correct. Enter your username and password again.

ObjMgrSessionLog Error 1 000000075f58081c:0 2020-09-09 01:34:08 (physmod.cpp (9823)) SBL-DAT-00569: The username or password you have entered is not correct. Enter your username and password again.

 STEPS

1. Access the Siebel application
2. Observe the Server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties message in the browser.

Changes

 Microsoft ADSI LDAP changes occurred.
