IPAD Not Responding On First Touch on iOS 13 While Changing the Visibility Filter (Doc ID 2707812.1)

Symptoms

While using Siebel application on iPad with iOS 13, when the users select a value from the visibility dropdown on any screen, the data is not loaded for the first time.

On selecting the same value again, the data shows up


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open the Siebel application on Ipad
2. Navigate to Activities screen-> My ACtivities
3. Now select All Activities from the visibility dropdown
4. No records are displayed
5. Re select "All Activities" from the visibility dropdown,

This time the records are visible.
