How To Cleanup S_LST_OF_VAL Table Thoroughly After Repository Deletion With Orphan Records? (Doc ID 2707831.1)

Goal

Customer was on IP2017 and later version and were looking for a way to cleanup S_LST_OF_VAL tables for previously deleted repositories. They recently noticed that the we were running repository cleanup using below command:

RRCleanup.exe -t "tableowner" -u "user" -p "xxxx" -r "repositoryname" -o "ODBC_DSN name" -s "$SIEBEL_ROOT\siebel\ses\siebsrvr" -b "B"

The above command is deleting the repository successfully however the S_LST_OF_VAL records are not cleaned up. How can we cleanup the S_LST_OF_VAL records thoroughly?
