Crashes Occurring When Using the FINS Data Transfer Utilities For Copying an Order (Doc ID 2719352.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to copy an Order in the Siebel application, it is crashing intermittently in the 'FINS Data Transfer Utilities' business service. Sometimes it would be once a day, but has also happened several times a day. Core and FDR files are generated, and we see the following in the Enterprise logs.

The issue can NOT be reproduced at will and is very intermittent.


This causes all users on the AOM to get kicked out of the application when the crash occurs.
