Siebel Application Crash When Receiving a CTI Chat Request

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Sometimes, when users receive a chat from the CTI, the application crash. The crash occur when the application try to run the following vanilla workflow process : Chat Standard Accept Process - v3.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure CTI chat
2. Notice that sometimes when the Agent receive a chat the Siebel application crash
