Information in this document applies to any platform.
Siebel JPN environment was created as below:
(1) Install 17.0
(2) Apply 20.6
(3) Run IRM (upgrading from 126.96.36.199 to 20.6)
But when trying to create a workspace in Siebel Tools, the following error is displayed and fails to create the workspace:
