Inbound Web Service Throws SBL-GEN-10103: Error opening specified file or SBL-EAI-00137 IDS_EAI_WS_BAD_XML_DOCUMENT On Large Output (Doc ID 2741441.1)

When attempting to invoke a custom inbound web service the following error occurs only when the output is large :
SBL-GEN-10103: Error al abrir el archivo especificado.  (Error opening specified file)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke the web service with a searchspec that is known to return a small data set. e.g about 10K. Confirm it works fine.
2. Invoke the same web service with a searchspec that is known to return a large data set. e.g about 1MB. Confirm it fails with the errors above.
